What these terms cover
These terms apply to the Bluemoon website at trybluemoon.com. They are an agreement between you and Zurich Intelligence AG, Zürich, Switzerland, which offers Bluemoon. Use of the Bluemoon product, meaning the workspace customers sign in to, is governed by the product terms further down this page. Enterprise & Government customers have their own contract, which prevails over these terms.
Acceptable use of the website
Do not interfere with the website, attempt to gain access to systems or data that are not yours, scrape the site at a rate that burdens it, or use it to send unsolicited messages. If you find a security issue, please report it to security@trybluemoon.com.
Content and trademarks
The text, design, illustrations and code of this website belong to Bluemoon or its licensors. The moon is rendered from NASA’s public-domain CGI Moon Kit. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google, Microsoft Copilot and the other names and logos of answer engines are trademarks of their owners and are shown only to name the services Bluemoon measures; Bluemoon is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Illustrations and examples
The brands, products, AI answers, funnels and figures shown in the product illustrations on this website are examples, not customer records or real measurements. Their names and data are invented. Market statistics quoted on the home page are from the public sources linked next to them.
No warranty
The website is provided as it is and as available, without warranty of any kind, whether about accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent Swiss law allows. How our measurements are made is described in the method section; that is part of how any number we report should be read.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Bluemoon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Bluemoon product
- Plans and prices: Core and Growth are subscriptions you start in the app. You pay by card, monthly, or yearly at 10% less than twelve monthly payments, in Swiss francs, euros or US dollars, depending on the billing country of your card. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added where it applies. Enterprise & Government plans are agreed in a contract and billed yearly.
- Free trial: Core and Growth start with a 7-day free trial. You add a card when you start; it is charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel before.
- Renewal and canceling: a subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year. You can cancel in the app at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund a period already paid.
- Price changes: we tell workspace admins about a price change by email at least 30 days in advance. It applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
- Free audit: free of charge, with no obligation.
- Acceptable use: track questions about markets and brands you have a legitimate interest in. Do not use the product to harass, to misrepresent a competitor, or to circumvent an engine’s terms. You are responsible for the questions you track, the drafts you send and the people you invite to your workspace.
- Data: what we collect and why, and how to have it deleted, is described in the privacy policy.
- Features in pilot: features marked “Pilot” run with pilot partners and may change; what we deliver for them is agreed with you.
- Availability: we work to keep the product available and collecting every day. Service levels, where agreed, are set in Enterprise & Government contracts.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts at Zürich, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law that gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms. We tell workspace admins about changes to the product terms in advance, by email.
